Del Fruego was born in a small kitchen with a big dream — to bring the true soul of Mexican cooking to every table. Our founders, the Reyes family, brought recipes passed down through four generations, refined by years of cooking in the markets of Oaxaca and Mexico City.

Every morning, we begin the same way: fresh masa pressed for tortillas, chilies toasted and ground by hand, meats slow-braised until they yield. We believe great food can't be rushed, and that's a belief we'll never compromise.

Today, Del Fruego is more than a restaurant — it's a gathering place where families celebrate, friends reconnect, and strangers become regulars after just one visit.
